Dalyan, which is a world-famous holiday town, is connected to Ortaca District of Muğla. It is located on the shore of a fjord-type natural canal called Calbis, which connects Köyceğiz with the Mediterranean Sea.

This beautiful town is a holiday paradise with its private beaches, royal tombs, mud baths and the iconic Carretta windshields. Dalyan is visited by local and foreign tourists every year and we can easily say that it is one of the most beautiful holiday places in the world worth seeing.

OVERVIEW

Visit some of Turkey’s most stunning outdoor settings—without the hassle of navigating the countryside on your own. This tour packs multiple Daylan excursions into a single fun-packed outing. You’ll stop at an ancient harbor, 9th-century rock-cut tombs, and two wildlife-filled beaches. Enjoy free time to relax, topped off by a boat cruise. Lunch and hotel pickup are included, making this a scenic, worry-free day trip. 

After you join our bus to Dalyan (Caunos), you can take a boat in our tour, enter the mud bath, take a break after lunch in the mud, go down to the beautiful beaches where the Carretta Carettas lay their eggs, and explore the labyrinth between the houses of the crabs in the magnificent nature of Dalyan. You can enjoy the day in such nature.

The journey to Dalyan takes approximately 2½ hours. After one hour journey we will have 15 minutes break then we will have 10 minutes drive, then stop to see a very beautiful view from the top side of a mountain. After driving another 1 hour 20 minutes we will finally get to Dalyan. When we get there, we will go on a boat trip to the mud baths where we will spend about 1 hour in mud bath. We will then continue by boat and have our lunch in front of the rock tombs. After lunch we will make our way to the turtle beach again by boat. 

Before we arrive at the beach we will stop near by a boat where the staff of which feed turtles to get them top side of the water. You will see turtles if you are lucky because they are not always hungry to appear on the turtle beach. You will have 1 and half hour free time. The beach is in the middle of two wonders. You can decide either to swim in the sea or the river, the water of where it comes from is Köyceğiz lake. We will be back approximately in Akbuk by 19:30.
